Business Model Innovation for the Green Economy
A cohort of South Australia’s manufacturing businesses will have the unique opportunity to learn from internationally renowned innovator and strategist Professor Göran Roos.
Professor Roos will visit Adelaide to deliver the Business Model Innovation for the Green Economy program through a series of workshops over the coming months.
The program will help participants identify their carbon emissions, learn how they can take action to become greener and more efficient operators and identify new opportunities for growth.
Two program streams will run: one for businesses from all sectors and one specifically for the food industry.
Applications for the General Industry stream have now closed.
Please note: The details below relate only to the Food Industry program stream. Participants of the general stream are encouraged to contact program coordinator Helen Bethell with any enquiries.
Program details
Participating in the Business Model Innovation for the Green Economy program will require a significant time investment. Each learning module involves pre-readings and activities for businesses to complete between workshops. There will be group work as well as opportunities for individual support and guidance.
Three workshops will run for 3-4 hours including breaks. The session will be recorded for those unable to attend in person, and participants will receive copies of all presentation materials.
A highlight of the program is the inclusion of consultation with Professor Roos (8 hours) to develop a tailored green industry transition plan for their business.
